Project Scope: Provided comprehensive MEP commissioning services for a new single story science Building. Included in the facility were 8-labs, support spaces, and lobby spaces. Services included development and execution of a structured commissioning process to verify functional performance, efficiency, and code compliance of HVAC, service water heating, lighting controls, and integrated building systems in accordance with the 2021 IECC.
