King County North Base Generator Replacement

Project Scope: Replace existing 250KW diesel interior-mounted generator with 400KW exterior unit. New unit powers life safety, legally required and optional loads in five buildings. Existing power distribution panels are replaced and new panels are provided.

Facility Size: Five buildings with total area of about 124,000-SF

SHEENKO Scope: Prime contractor, project management and MEP Engineer-of-Record.

Project Status: Design in progress (Design: Fall 2024–Spring 2026). Construction planned Summer 2026–Winter 2026. Anticipated Completion: January 2027.
