Ahmed has over 20 years of experience in the engineering consulting field, with an emphasis on Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems. Ahmed possesses the unique ability to visualize a project from start to finish; making difficult building system problems become very clear and concise. His education as an Architectural Engineer allows him to expand his expertise into the mechanical and plumbing disciplines enabling him to work and coordinate with all trades within a building. Ahmed has been directly involved in the design, project management, and construction of MEP systems in new and renovation work for educational, healthcare, high- rise residential, commercial, municipal and sports recreational projects. He acted as a Cx Authority for several higher education and K-12 school projects. Ahmed focus on energy conservation and implementing cost effective, innovative approach for buildings to meet the present and future needs of clients.

His experience spans multitude of buildings types including Mission Critical, Commercial, High-rise, Higher Education, Light Industrial and K-12. Marwan believes that projects’ ultimate success depends solely on the ability of the design team to listen to clients’ needs, work with contractors to help clients navigate the best delivery methods available, and eventually deliver products that meet clients’ goals, including financial target. Marwan’s ultimate joy is working and collaborating with experienced, qualified and committed design and construction teams throughout the Design and Construction Phases to deliver a successful projects.
